ABOUT MARI

Mari is a visual artist specializing in acrylic on canvas - bold, colorful abstracts and tropical-inspired floral compositions. Drawing inspiration from her Caribbean heritage, love of travel and deep connection to nature, each creation is bursting with vibrant colors, layered textures and intuitive brushwork that reflects the beauty she sees in the world around her.

Much of her passion for art and appreciation for life comes from her paternal grandmother - a radiant woman with a heart of gold and an infectious zest for life. She inherited her love for music, art and travel and also developed a deep appreciation for the small meaningful moments that make life beautiful. Inspired by the deep blue and turquoise waters of the Caribbean, the lush landscape of the rainforest, the cadence of salsa music and the energy of her Latin roots, her work is not only a tribute to where she comes from but also an invitation to live more vibrantly and love more deeply.
